Behind the scenes The tech each project runs on — for the curious.

These are my personal projects, built for my friends and our D&D group. They’re hobby apps — I run them on free and low-cost services and change them often.

D&D Calendar

Built with React and TypeScript. Convex is the real-time database, so when someone marks a night free everyone sees it straight away. Clerk handles sign-in with Discord and keeps it invite-only. It’s hosted on Cloudflare Workers and rebuilds from GitHub on every change.

Booty Bay Chronicle

I write the campaign notes in Obsidian. A Python script publishes only the player-safe ones and stops the build if anything secret slips through. Astro turns them into the site, Pagefind powers the search, and GitHub Actions deploys it to Cloudflare Workers.

The benverse.app domain and its DNS are on Cloudflare, and all the code lives on GitHub.
